THE MISSION OF RIVERBANK HOUSE ADDICTION RECOVERY COMMUNITY FOR MEN
The Riverbank House mission began in 2012 with one recovery home
at 96 Church Street in Laconia, New Hampshire. Since then the mission has developed into the nation's first authentic addiction recovery neighborhood along both sides of the Winnipesaukee River. Our neighborhood provides men with the opportunity to live, work, play, grow, and contemplate within a supportive, recovery-safe community, a haven from the unprecedented opioid epidemic that has taken so many lives prematurely.
Riverbank House affiliate projects allow men the opportunity to explore career paths and career training, to develop employment experience, and to generate revenues that help keep the cost of residency within our neighborhood more affordable. Our projects also help residents discover and develop new passions and new talents that invigorate their new lives in recovery.
Giving Tree Yoga Studio is located at 72 Church Street, the hub of our neighborhood. At the same address you will also find Pumped Neighborhood Gym, Karma Cafe, the Gallery Coffee House, and the offices of River Construction and Landscaping. A short distance away our Vantz Live Edge Furniture design shop crafts the tables on display in the Coffee House and Cafe.
Thank you for supporting our mission of saving and rebuilding lives!
